Wonderful, kind guide. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and more, we saw so much in the short time we had from our cruise port time. He picked us up on time and made sure we got back on time. We saw waterfalls, swam in an emerald pool, went to the hot springs and even saw an active volcano. Because of Danny we fell in love with the island and he is also very knowledgeable in holistic health/wellness. Dominica turned out to be our favorite island we visited out of 5. Although it was Easter Sunday and most venues were closed, sweet and kind Danny went out of his way to bring me to the art, the animals, the botanical gardens and the hot mineral baths. I felt well cared for and safe throughout my tour day.

I really enjoyed the tour with Danny. He is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area. He dared this not-so-easy hike with me in rainy and slippery weather (unlike some other guides I saw there who wouldn’t follow their guests 🙂 ) He is very low-key and soft-spoken, which I really appreciated. He is also very flexible with plan-making. I highly recommend Danny for Dominica sight-seeing.

As an amateur photographer, I asked Danny to take me to picturesque and unusual places in addition to the usual waterfalls and beaches. He brought me to a number of interesting spots and on the way we stopped whenever I saw something that I thought would make an interesting photo. His knowledge of local herbs, flowers, fruits, and their medicinal uses is vast. I will never forget the taste of the ‘custard apple.’ I would not hesitate to use Danny again the next time I come to Dominica.

We had a wonderful experience with Danny in Dominica. After picking us up at the cruise terminal in Roseau, he took us to Kalinago Barana Aute for a tour. Along the way, he talked about Dominica – the history, the geography and culture. After visiting the Kalinago territory, he took us to the impressive Spanny Twin Falls, Jacko Falls and the Enerald Pool. Danny is very knowledgeable about medicinal herbs and showed us quite a few and how they are used. A passionate guide. The tour is highly recommended.

My family and I had a great day in Dominica with Danny. Our ship docked at a different pier, but he was there and ready for us. He promptly took us to our first hike and explained a little about the island during the drive. During the hike he stopped regularly to explain the different flora…I think he could be a botanist if needed. He toured us through 3 more sites and returned us to the ship on time. I would happly use him again in Dominica. We had a very good day.

The tour was very enjoyable, the cruise along the river was lovely, so peaceful being rowed gently along. Danny is a very nice person and took great trouble to show us the sights of the island, by driving and waking. The five of us had a delightful day on Dominica thanks to Danny Eusebe and his driver. It was our first time in Dominica and we didn’t know what to expect. Danny gave us a good overview of this beautiful lush green island, and introduced us to new fruits, plants and trees including red bananas and soursap. We moved at our own pace, not rushing from one spot to the next. Some other guides have flooded us with information, but Danny was more selective, responding more fully when we had questions.

I spent two full days with Danny and I have to say it was the one of the most positive private tour experiences I have ever had. Danny’s deep knowledge of nature is something that made my experience in the “Nature Island” so amazing. During our time together, he took me to natural wonders that were off the beaten track, a hidden beach, local farm stands, artisan shops, and even a chocolate factory. We had a fantastic time. I’m not sure I would have found the places we went to on my own. I definitely would have wasted time second guessing if I was in the right place/on the correct road. Everything we went to was beyond our expectations. We loved the River Rock Cafe and could have spent the whole day there. Great food, cold beer, and gorgeous view of the river and hummingbirds getting nectar from the papaya trees. Danny was friendly but not too chatty – absolutely perfect!

Danny provided us with a good tour of Dominica. He has a tremendous knowledge of local plants and their uses. He was flexible in altering our itinerary as our physical limitations came in to play. He substituted lunch at an authentic local restaurant with good food for a physical activity that we were not able to do. He is personable and did a great job driving on the challenging island roads. If you want great information on the local flora, Danny is your guide.

We were visiting Dominica on a cruise and found Danny. He was great. We had 5 in our group (2 Adults, 3 Teenage boys) and Danny put together a fun day. Danny loves native plants (has an agricultural degree) and loved telling us about the natural health properties of plans on our hike. He picked a handful of plants on the hike and when we went for lunch (really local place), they made us a tea with all the plants he had collected. Very cool experience. If you like off-the-beaten path and nature, book it!
